About Me & KiteAlps

Hi, I'm Sebastian!

CSEN-certified snow and kitesurfing instructor.

I founded KiteAlps to establish a new kind of winter sport in my home country – one that combines freedom, wind, and mountains.
Because in my eyes, snowkiting is the ultimate winter sport: pure, powerful and limitless

For me, snowkiting is:

the ultimate combination of nature, wind and adventure – a limitless experience with the elements that inspires body and mind.

I've been kiting for as long as I can remember, and I launched my first kites with friends in my hometown of Siusi allo Sciliar. Although there were no lakes there, as a passionate skier, I soon found a new stage for my passion—the snow.

Over the years, I have spent countless hours on water, snow, and land, continually deepening my experience.

Despite my many travels, I always knew where I belonged—in the mountains. There, among the wind and snow, I discovered snowkiting. It's far more than a sport: it's freedom, connection to nature, and pure energy.
Away from the slopes, far from the hustle and bustle, I found my own realm – untouched nature, the silence of the mountains and the whistling of the wind carrying me across the snow.

This passion gave rise to KiteAlps – a snowkite school that aims to pass on precisely this feeling: the fascination for the elements, the adventure in the mountains, and the joy of learning in a personal atmosphere.

At KiteAlps, people are the focus – small groups, individual support, and the perfect mix of learning, experience, and fun.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced kiter, this isn't just about technique, but about what snowkiting really means: freedom, wind, and the adventure of becoming one with nature.
