The Rittner Horn is part of the largest contiguous snowkiting area in northern Italy. This area stretches from the Villanderer Alm in the north to the Rittner Horn in the south – an impressive distance of approximately 12 kilometers. The expansive plateaus, open space, and consistent winds make this area a true paradise for snowkiters – with countless opportunities for long treks, extended tours, and unlimited freedom in the snow. The wide area and open terrain make the spot suitable for both advanced kiters who appreciate large areas and a variety of winds, as well as ambitious beginners who are already confident in handling a kite.
