Wellness and culinary delights at the Sporthotel Spògler

Winter Action with KiteAlps:

Based on weather and wind conditions, the Kitealps team decides flexibly each day which activities will take place. The Rittnerhorn area often offers good wind days in winter – however, there is never a guarantee. Therefore, we are out on the slopes as well as kiting, depending on what the day allows.

Our base camp, the Sporthotel Spögler, is just a 5-minute drive from the Rittnerhorn. It is also very centrally located between several large ski resorts and additional snowkiting spots, all easily accessible by car.

A typical day looks like this:
In the morning, after breakfast, the Kitealps team meets with the group to discuss the plan for the day. We enjoy skiing or snowboarding together, and whenever there is enough wind, we go snowkiting as much as possible. A stop at one of the mountain huts is, of course, part of the experience.

In the evening, we relax in the jacuzzi or sauna, enjoy a good dinner, and review the kite day together – including feedback and technique analysis.
